Island View Villas is a complex of 2 villas, Villa Dimitra & Villa Gina. Theses two luxury seafront villas have a 12 bedroom villa with 12 bathrooms and are located at Plaka with panoramic views to Spinalonga Island and the bay of Plaka. These villas are every bit as stunning as the seascape it overlooks. Their three stone storeys are luxury designed as your holidays should be.

Island View Villas graduate up the hill with a lower garden level at their base, two independent stunning infinity pools, and two massive terraces at the ground level. Twelve luxury bedroom suites beyond expectations will keep your soul, body, and mind totally relaxed.

Villa Dimitra

On the ground floor, there is a huge open plan kitchen and living area. The floor is Italian hardwood and furnishings are refined. The kitchen is glassy white and at other end, you will find the wine fridge for a glass of chilled wine. At the living room, luxurious sofas will keep you relaxed combined with the spectacular sea view. The living room on this level features plush couches with wide openings into the terrace overlooking the internal garden which is tastefully decorated with beautiful local plants found in the area. Vacationers can enjoy the sumptuous spa-hamam room , gym and make use of the private laundry room and WC on this level.

On the garden level you can find two of the master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each one beautifully designed with handpicked furnishings. Both of the en suite bathrooms have a stand alone shower and bathtub equipped with a Jacuzzi as well as a dual vanity. A third bedroom is available at this level and can be used as a nanny or children;s room fully equipped and tastefully decorated. All of the bedroom overlook an internal garden view offering quiet and serenity.

The first level has another three spacious Master bedrooms. These bedrooms have queen sized beds, and deluxe en suite bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms have access to a patio/ balcony with amazing sea view to Spinalonga Island offering comfortable outside furnishings. The en suite bathrooms have showers and independent bathtubs fitted with a Jacuzzi.

Villa Gina

Italian hardwood floors run the length of the large open plan kitchen and living area. Deluxe handpicked furnishings, modern art, and a top-of-the-range kitchen, in what we can only describe as Aegean blue. The meticulous design of the villa ensures it’s a view you can enjoy from almost anywhere.

The first floor consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with king size beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower. Another 2 bathrooms with also walk in shower are also available on this level for use for the other 2 bedrooms. The second level has another 2 double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The villa has total 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It is also possible to accommodate 2 extra guests in 2 sofa beds at the common space area.

Your private infinity pools fade into the Elounda gulf, with the glass fencing letting in every inch of the landscape and Spinalonga beyond. The outside terraces full of olive and locust trees, and local plants surely will give a touch of the unique Greek scenery. The outside covered kitchens and dining areas and the gas barbeque will give you glorious moments of gastronomic flavors.

The meticulous design of the villas ensures it’s a view you can enjoy from almost anywhere. The terraces seating areas, dining suites, even the outdoor kitchen with its gas barbecue and bar area are open-sided to offer no interruption to your own personal vista. On the lower ground level likewise, a neat and private internal garden leading into a children’s play area runs out towards the sea.
