Ground floor

Upon entering the ground floor of LeEva Oasis Villa, you will find a space that exudes elegance and comfort. The spacious living room with discreet hidden lighting creates the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. The area features a 55-inch TV, autonomous air conditioning, and sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the pool and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (0.90×2.00), which can be joined together with a mattress topper upon request. The room also features a 32-inch smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, hidden lighting, and a spacious wardrobe. On the ground floor, you will also find a storage room, a laundry room, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, providing all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

First floor

On the first floor, the master bedroom offers ultimate luxury with a king-size bed (1.80×2.00), a 32-inch smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, elegant hidden lighting, and a spacious wardrobe. The room provides direct access to a private balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. The room also has a private bathroom with a shower for ultimate comfort.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (0.90×2.00), which can be joined upon request with a mattress topper, offering flexibility in room configuration. The room also features a 32-inch smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, elegant hidden lighting, and a wardrobe. Direct access to a private balcony with views of the sea and the vast greenery completes the relaxation experience, while the room also has a private bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom offers a comfortable space with a queen-size bed (1.60×2.00), a 32-inch smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, elegant hidden lighting, and a wardrobe. The room also has access to a balcony with views of the sea and the lush green mountains, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful location. The bathroom is shared and is located outside the room, equipped with a shower and all the necessary amenities.

The outdoor area of the villa is ideal for relaxation and fun for you and your family. It features a swimming pool, a children’s pool, an outdoor shower, and comfortable, luxurious sunbeds under which you can enjoy the sun. Take a dip in the private 50m² (non-heated) swimming pool with a depth of 1.45 meters, or in the children’s pool with an integrated (non-heated) jacuzzi that is 0.50 meters deep. The jacuzzi pool can reach a maximum temperature of 28°C, depending on the outdoor temperature.

For lovers of outdoor cooking, the villa has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with modern appliances, a gas barbecue, and a dining area with a special cover under which you can enjoy your meal. In the outdoor area, an outdoor fireplace with sofas awaits you, where you can relax and enjoy your drink while gazing at the magnificent sunset that embraces the villa. Around the pool, a carefully landscaped garden creates a sense of peace and rejuvenation.

The entire villa is located on an outdoor area of 1500 sq.m, which is fully fenced with a gated entrance that offers security and privacy to our guests.
