Right on the promenade and around the corner from the beautiful lake packed with restaurants, you couldn't ask for a better chilled town-centre meets beach vibe. Inside the modern furnishings and balcony perfect for relaxing, made our stay extremely comfortable. the daily cleaning by the wonderful Matina added to keeping the minimalist touch, by removing every grain of sand each day. The sleek interior is how we would wish to decorate our own home, so put us at ease right away. A well stocked kitchen and a fridge full of local bounty and wine completed the amazing flat and made for a very warm welcome. Obviously, after all of the above, we would definitely recommend this place. Don't let it's newness on Air BnB put you off, the reviews speak for themselves.

We highly recommend this Airbnb! The view was incredible ! From the balcony, the bedroom and living room. Waking up to the view from the bedroom was gorgeous! I It was very clean. They left fruit, bread and honey. It was a nice treat to have waiting. Easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant, Mesogeiako, under the apartment was our favorite. We ate there twice in 3 days. A nice family run restaurant. Agio Nikolaos and staying at Seannamon Sea View Suite 2 is definitely worth a visit.

We had an amazing time staying at Antonis’ place. <5 minute walk away from the harbour and lake in the centre of Agios Nikolaos. The apartment was cleaned every day and was always immaculate. It was somewhere we always enjoyed coming back to at the end of the day. Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views, looks exactly as it does in the photos and close to everything that you would need to enjoy your time here. Beaches and beach clubs 10 minute walks in either direction when you leave the apartment. Just book it

Superbe appartement et parfaitement équipé avec des objects et du mobilier de qualité. On sent que tout a été pensé et réfléchi pour offrir un séjour de luxe. L’emplacement est idéal. Il est très facile d’y venir en bus depuis Heraklion. L’idéal est de louer soit un scooter soit une voiture pour pouvoir aller à d’autres plages dans les environs. Le restaurant au Rez de l’immeuble est le meilleur qu’on ai testé à Agios, allez-y ! Martina qui s’occupe tous les jours du ménage est adorable et très prévenante !

Anthonys place was impeccable. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean. It also had every amenitie that one could possibly need including some fruits and eggs already in the fridge! Our stay in Crete was magic! The apartment was perfect - beautifully designed, spacious, everything you could need in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom including robes, slippers and clean towels every second day, spotlessly cleaned every day by the fabulous Matina, gorgeous views of the sea, coastline and harbour especially from the balcony in the morning and at sunset, peaceful location, very safe and quiet even in the evening, great supermarket and parking space generally close by, super comfortable queen-sized bed and beautiful bed-linens, the bath to relax in after a day of visiting and being at the seaside! Bliss! We can't wait to come back again. Thank you Antonis and Matina!

5* accommodation and service. Beautifully decorated in a clean style but still with character. The bathtub was genius and a great way to enjoy the view of the sea or watch TV. Matina was the housekeeper and she was very helpful and tidied the apartment each day. She also kindly washed our clothes for us. The entrance does not look like much - but do not let that deceive you! It's amazing inside, even though the outside looks like a building site. Best thing is that you don't have to look at the front when you're inside your lovely balcony with a glass of wine :-). I highly recommend this place. Things to do: - go to Maistrali for dinner - best flat white is in Zygos - best massage of your life is in Bioaroma - best flat white with a view is Arc

An absolute insider tip and by far the best Airbnb we had in all of Crete. Very easy check-in through a key box, parking is possible directly on the street. Super nice accommodation where you are woken up with sunrise directly from the bed. unique experience and remains unforgettable. Very modern furnishings, very clean, great style and get a bottle of water and fruit at the welcome. Super nice balcony where you could have spent the whole day. The location is directly on the sea, the center is within walking distance. A great restaurant right below the property. super quick response to messages and very friendly. Overall, we stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended and also for the value, perfectly fine.

We spent a week here in beautiful mid-October weather - thouroughly enjoyed our stay, 2 min walk to a tiny pebble beach for a morning swim and other sandy or pebble beaches within 8-20 min walks. Same for restaurants and nice cafés in town or on the beach. Parking was quite easy- we enjoyed having a car but not a must. Apartment lovely, modern, well equipped and very clean. Sweet balcony with seaview- but remember- you are in town so expect a little music/ talk/ cars to be heard! The very best was meeting Martina- the loveliest housekeeper ever who cleans daily!!!

I have travelled around the world a lot and can really say this listing has 5-star hotel quality. The daily cleaning is FABULOUS, the apartment so clean and so many details and comforts such as real thick and soft cotton towels, beach towels, slippers, robes. The view onto the sea and part of the port is alive and breathtaking, and can be admired from every corner of the suite. The open bathroom and bedroom weave through one another so nicely with the bathtub in the bedroom as the centre piece. Matina, the housekeeper and contactperson, was super friendly and provided us with; a flexible check-in/check-out, bathrobes & slippers and some fresh fruits and a bottle of wine for our welcome. We had a wonderful stay :)

Antonis’ place was perfect and spotless. The view is incredible and it was so nice sitting on the patio where there is a little nook to put your feet up and enjoy. This area was a highlight of Greece for us. The food was incredible, everything is walking distance from this air bnb and it was incredibly easy to get around. We communicated with Matina who was so sweet and gracious. Whenever we had questions she immediately responded and even helped us get to the bus stop the day we were leaving. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend not just this air bnb but this area of Crete as well!!

Very communicative and friendly hosts,. The bed was incredibly comfortable and huge! And the views out to sea were wonderful. Es ist super schön und mit viel Geschmack renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Für 2 Personen absolut perfekt. Alles ist da, was man braucht und mit diesem Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen, ist unglaublich. Wir waren überrascht, dass jeden Tag sauber gemacht wurde. Es hat also durchaus etwas von einem Hotel. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit Matina war total nett. Sie war echt hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Stadtkern mit vielen Restaurants und Shops und die Küstenstraße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist auch nicht so laut wie befürchtet. Unser Fazit: Total gerne immer wieder!

only downside was the bathtub wasn't working, which was part of the reason we booked this place. Wish it had been fixed prior to our arrival. other than that it was truly perfect. We came for our babymoon to relax, and after a day of travel it was the best way to arrive on vacation. We were greeted by a personal welcome from the owner, and she showed us around the unit. They even provided water, wine, and some food for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and waking up with that view was lovely. location was also perfect. Easy walking distance to town but not necessarily in the middle of everything. But everything is so close and walkable you didn't really need to be right next to the lake. Highly recommend this location if you need to relax! Also, if you rent a car, parking is relatively easy. We always found parking within a 3 minute walk to the unit. Book with Antonis!

Our stay at Seannamon Suites was just perfect! Amazing room with great view and super location in Agios Nikolaos. The interior is amazing and there is everything you need. It is very clean and there is house keeping everyday. I recommend it to everyone to stay there. Thank you for having us!

συνδυάζει την πολυτέλεια και τη την απλότητα μέσω της μινιμαλιστικής αρχιτεκτονικής του, δίνοντας έμφαση στην υπέροχη θέα του πελάγους από το μπαλκόνι! κάθε λεπτομέρεια προσεγμένη! η περιοχή ιδιαίτερα ήσυχη και την ημέρα κ το βράδυ. η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη καθως και με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό ήταν άψογη! η διαμονή μας εκεί έδωσε μια άλλη διάσταση πολυτέλειας και απόλαυσης στις διακοπές μας. πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και εντελώς value for money!

La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, tout est accessible à pied (plages, restaurants, bars, commerces), quartier calme la nuit. Les équipements sont d’excellente qualité, de plus le ménage est fait tous les jours. Nous recommandons fortement, allez-y les yeux fermés !
