The Almyra Residence is built on three floors. The ground levelis all open plan and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen all decorated in a modern and minimalistic style while wide and high glass doors overlook the pool and sea. 

The first floor features a bedroom with a king size bed en suite with a Jacuzzi tub and a twin bedroom (which can convert into a double/ king size bed) and a modern bathroom.These rooms have access to a large balcony with incredible views. 

The lower level is reached from a staircase in the living area leading down. On this floor there is one twin bedroom and a family spa bathroom featuring a hamam steam room, a separate shower and a mini gym. This level has access to the garden.
Almyra Residence has a 42sqm swimming pool surrounded by wooden deck areas and garden lawn and offering majestic views of the Bay. 

The villa is equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, an oudoor dining area/ sitting area and a BBQ. A colourful garden with cretan herbs, flowers and trees complete the beautiful scenery of this beautiful villa.
