Blue Island Villa is a beachfront, luxurious three bedroom villa located in the area of Elounda, 15km away from the town of Agios Nikolaos and a few minutes’ drive from the cosmopolitan resort of Elounda.

The villa is built just a few meters away from the sea with only its lawn garden separating it from it. It has a private swimming pool and verandas with beautiful views of the Mirabello Gulf and the island of Spinalonga. It consists of 3 bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen as well as a spacious living room and dining area. Blue Island Villa is an ideal choice for a luxurious holiday in an environment that looks like heaven on earth.

Blue Island Villa lies on two levels. Stairs lead from the outside to the upper level and the main entrance of the house. On this floor you`ll find a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea, en suite with a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, the living room and dining area with a fireplace and a furnished veranda offer spectacular views of the sea in front. 

A staircase leads down to the ground level consisting of two twin bedrooms whith access to the garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub. 

Another staircase leads from the living area to a loft that overlooks the living room where there is a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep an extra guest.
The outdoor area of Blue Island Villa will surely capture your heart! The houses stands just a few meters away from the sea and the feeling and views are outstanding. 

A well kept, lawn garden with flowers, trees and a playground has a stone path that leads to the beach in front, which has sun beds and umbrellas. The waters are shallow crystal blue. 

The villa also has a 35sqm private swimming pool and sun beds to relax by it. Finally, there is a furnished veranda that has a view of the sea and the pool area and a wooden pergola with an outdoor dining table and BBQ for its guests to use.
