Villa Daniela is a brand new luxurious 3 bedroom villa, located at Koutsounari, Ierapetra. It is built into the lower slopes of a hill, about 150m above sea level and is only around 1.500m from the sea. The villa offers large terraces and luxurious pool with endless sea views to gaze upon. We are sure you will enjoy the sensational sunsets and breathtaking, romantic nights under the moonlight.

As you step into the villa there is an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with comfy sofas and a dining area. Big patio doors lead to the outside area with the swimming pool and the outside dining space. There are 3 bedrooms two of them have a double bed, one has two single beds and two bathrooms with a shower.

The villa service includes daily room-cleaning, fresh linen and towels 3 times a week. Breakfast and lunch can be requested only for those undertaking one of our cycling packages. All other guests can enjoy the modern fitted kitchen (in the Villa) and kitchenettes (in the apartments), to prepare their own meals at a time of their choosing. Of course, nothing will disturb the enjoyment of eating your freshly prepared food on our beautiful terraces overlooking the sea!
At the outside space you can enjoy a southern exposure to the bay featuring lounging and dining areas with an infinity private swimming pool and a fantastic waterfall that creates an unparalleled zen atmosphere for the best star gazing. There is also a shaded outdoor personal fitness area.
