Villa Dimitra is a luxurious, stone made villa located in the area of Kalathas in the Akrotiri peninsula in Chania.

This amazing villa features 4 bedrooms, a private pool and spacious garden and has a unique décor style with modern furnishing and appliances making it an ideal choice for visitors that want to relax in a wonderful villa all year round.

The house is 230sqm. On the ground level there is a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.

A staircase on the left of the kitchen leads up to the master bedroom which has a double bed, en suite bathroom with a tub and a balcony with a sea view. Another staircase on the right of the kitchen leads up to two more bedrooms (each with twin beds that can convert into doubles) which share a bathroom with a shower.

From the living room a few steps lead down to a comfortable sitting room/ TV room and the fourth bedroom with twin beds. On this level there is also a bathroom with a shower.

Outside the kitchen there is a terrace with a big dining table for 10 people and an outdoor sofa. In front of the living room there is another comfortable sitting area with a sofa, armchairs and table.

The beautiful garden has an artificial pond and colourful flowers while the 50sqm pool has salt water a deck with a pergola, sitting area and sun loungers. The villa also offers a BBQ and ping pong table for its guests to use.
