This luxurious private villa has and interior area of 200sqm and lies on two levels. On the ground level there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a private living room and a walk-in closet, a twin bedroom and a lavish bathroom with a shower cabin. On this level there is also a storage room for linen. 

The upper floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and the main living room which has a fireplace and floor to ceiling windows offering amazing views to the pool and sea. Stairs lead from the living room to the attic where there is a dining area for 8 guests. Here you will also find two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds that share a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The 35sqm private pool (heated upon request at an extra charge) with comfortable couches and sun beds is an ideal spot to enjoy unique moments of serenity. 

The villa provides a BBQ area whereas a 1500sqm garden with lawn, olive trees, colourful flowers and rocky gardens adds a touch of green to the scenery. Children can play at the playground and grown-ups can relax and enter their own dream world.
