Villa Iro is built on a hillside in the area of Polemarchi, west of the Venetian town of Chania. The villa is 3.5km away from the beach and has beautiful views of the Cretan sea and the mountains both from its interior and exterior area.

Villa Iro, stands on two floors and has three en suite bedrooms, spacious terraces, gardens and a private pool with a separate Jacuzzi. It is decorated in a classic style with marble floors, rich fabrics and warm colours and offers privacy and a sense of luxury to its visitors.

The spacious living area has fine marble floors, a lounge with sofas and a 42’’HD TV, a fireplace, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table. On this level there is also one twin bedroom en suite with a shower bathroom. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where two two master bedrooms with king size beds, are. The first master bedroom has en suite Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in-closet and the other has en suite bathroom with a tub and a secluded balcony with views to the mountains. A cosy, small lounge with a sofa which opens into a double bed is also on this floor.
The 50sqm private pool has a children`s area protected with a fence, a Jacuzzi and comfortable sun beds. The villa provides a BBQ with wooden oven, an outdoor dining area and has also has a garden with flowers, trees and grapevines.
