Villa Oleander

Villa Oleander consists of two independent units, which could accommodate up to 16 persons and is located in Akrotiri, approximately 8km from the town of Chania. Both units are designed to offer supreme accommodation in their bright and ultra-sized interiors. The nearest beach of Kalathas is only 850 meters from the villa and can be reached in a five minute drive.

Villa Oleander is set on two self-contained, spacious apartments, which have the benefit of being connected via an internal staircase, offering an ideal property for two parties wishing to travel together and enjoy the facilities of this fantastic villa. Each floor enjoys a well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge-dining area, with the first floor living space providing sufficient seating for whole villa, along with three and four air-conditioned bedrooms which all share four tastefully styled marble bathrooms. Patio doors lead from the ground floor to covered terraces and the lower tiered gardens, whilst from the first floor doors lead out to upper tiered gardens and pool area, which is complete with a large covered outdoor kitchen come barbecue area.

The ground floor has 2 separate entrances for more privacy between the apartments located on the ground floor, 2 spacious living-rooms (the one with a dining area with a fireplace), 4 double bedrooms (1 with king size bed, 2 with a queen size bed and 1 with twin beds), 2 marble lined bathrooms (the one with a bathtub and the other with a walk in shower), a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils such as fridge-freezer, four-ring stove, oven, American Coffee machine, Espresso Coffee Machine, toaster etc and 3 large terraces overlooking the gardens.

On the first floor you can find a spacious living-room with sitting and dining area (open plan) and a fireplace, the 3 double bedrooms with balcony (one with a king size bed and two with twin beds pushed together), 2 marble lined bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other with an authentic Jacuzzi bathtub). A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, four-ring stove, oven, microwave, American Coffee machine, Espresso Coffee machine, toaster, wine-cooler, ice maker and other appliances is also available with a laundry room with washer & dryer, drawers for storing the linens. The spacious terraces, the one overlooking the sea and the other the swimming pool area and 2 large balconies the one with garden view and the other with side sea view, complete this level to a magnificent spot to spend your day or night time.

Its practical layout makes summer living easy while the heated pool with salt water (14,40 x 4,10) is a magnet for children and adults alike. Extensive gardens and terraces some with sea view and others with a garden view provide a fitting backdrop to the pool while the surrounding scenery offers an ideal atmosphere.

Just next to the swimming pool there is a covered area with a pergola for outside dining for 14 persons and a barbecue.Its outside areas are very generous in size, staging most of the convivial get-together s, whether for breakfast, lunch and dinner or simply for enjoying the immediate summer bliss evoked by the surrounding setting!There is also ample space for parking (covered & uncovered).
