Villa Orangia is a brand new, modern and luxurious villa located in the village of Kontomari in the area of Platanias, Chania. The villa belongs in a complex of three residences but offers absolute privacy and promises comfort and relaxation to its guests.

The villa has 3 stylish bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, high quality furnishing and stylishly designed interior and exterior areas that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding customer. Villa Orangia is a perfect choice who are seeking a hideaway retreat with chic luxury, privacy and mesmerizing beauty.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living and dining area with high ceilings, large glass doors and windows that overlook the garden and pool. On this level is also the kitchen with all modern appliances and accessories, a utility room, a marble bathroom with a hydro massage shower and two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers twin beds (that can convert into a double) and has access to a veranda next to the garden and swimming pool.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a writing desk and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, two washbasins and separate WC. The room offers majestic views of the village, the Cretan fields and the magnificent White Mountains.

All rooms have air conditioning units and underfloor heating.

Villa Orangia has a private overflow swimming pool with automatic night colored lights and comfortable sun beds with side tables. On the pool level there is a seating area with sofa, table and two lounge armchairs, a private dining area with table, armchairs and bench, music speakers an outdoor shower. The ground floor bedrooms also have a seating area each with a small table and armchairs.

The first floor veranda offers a seating area with lounge armchairs and small tables.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with flowers, olive and orange trees and has a private parking space for two cars.

The complex is situated in a unique location as it offers quietness and relaxation but is only a few kilometers away of some of the most fantastic beaches in the area and the popular and life full destinations of Platanias and Chania.
