Villa Pitsidia is a three bedroom marvelous villa sitting on the slopes of a small hill near the village of Pitsidia in South Crete. The villa was built in 2010 and is designed and decorated combining stone and wood which creates a feeling of warmth and relaxation to its visitors.

The house is stands a 200sqm land plot surrounded by olive groves and has a well kept lawn garden, a private pool and shaded furnished areas where you can relax and enjoy the most of the Cretan landscape. Its location is ideal for families and groups of friends while it is close to some of the most exotic sandy beaches in South Crete.

The ground floor is huge (170sqm) and has an open plan living room with a fireplace and glass doors that lead to the garden, pool and terrace, a cosy kitchen and a store room. Here you`ll come across two bedrooms- one with a 1.60m bed one with twin beds- and two bathrooms with showers. Both rooms have their own terrace and access to the pool and garden. 

On the upper floor there is a magnificent 100sqm master bedroom with a native cypress tree trunk emerging through the floor up to the high ceiling. This room has an open plan bathroom with a Jacuzzi in the middle. Sliding doors open up to a private sun terrace where there are stairs leading to the garden and pool.
Villa Pitsidia has a fascinating and relaxing exterior area with a big lawn garden, local trees, flowers and aromatic Cretan herbs. There are a few furnished seating areas to relax and meditate. 

The villa has a 45sqm private pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, a BBQ and hand crafted wood stove and a private parking area. 

The pool can be heated on reqest at an extra charge.
