Villa River is a beachfront villa situated just a few meters away from the sandy beach of Almyros and the river of Almyros, outside the town of Agios Nikolaos.

The house is built with traditional materials such as rock and marble and consists of the main house and one independent studio. In total it can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

The main house is built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a veranda and great views of the sea, a stylish dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a tub.

The upper floor consists of one double bedroom with a balcony which overlooks the pool and the beach of Almyros, one single bedroom with views of the mountains and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa also has an independent studio which features two single beds (which may form a double), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This studio can host 3 guests.

Villa River is built on a small hillside just above the beautiful sandy beach of Almyros and its river. A stone path from the villa takes you directly to the river and beach which is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and water sports.

The house also has a 70sqm private pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and furnished sitting area with amazing and relaxing views of the sea. Furthermore, there is a BBQ, private parking space and a colorful garden.
