A modern, private villa situated on a dreamlike spot in the area of Akrotiri in Chania, overlooking the bay of Kalathas.

Villa Shanti is built on 4.500sqm plot, has a spacious 300sqm interior area offering six bedrooms and living areas decorated in a unique, modern style.The guests can enjoy the huge private pool of 125sqm which offers delightful views of the Bay of Kalathas and pamper themselves with a relaxing, luxurious holiday.

The ground level consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to a big covered veranda with space for 15 people and a dining area with seating for eight with access to a large balcony with views to the bay of Kalathas. On this floor there is also a kitchen with all the modern appliances and a WC.

On the first floor there is an 80sqm master bedroom with a walk-in-closet, a seating area, a safety box, ceiling mounted plasma TV, DVD and air conditioning. The bedroom has also its own bathroom with two sinks, a Jacuzzi and separate shower. Next to this room is a twin bedroom ideal for young children which their parents stay in the master bedroom. This level has also an office area where one can view the security cameras that cover the house and garden area.

The lower ground level features three double bedrooms and one twin from which two have en suite bathrooms with showers and the other two share a bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning, TVs and DVDs.

Villa Shanti stands on a 4.5000sqm plot of land with a beautiful garden with tall palm trees and well kept lawn. It has three balconies and a huge, 400sqm side terrace.

The 125sqm private pool is one of the biggest a villa can have while the comfortable sun loungers are perfect for relaxation and a deep tan. The property has a large parking space for 12 cars, a small garage, a storage room and a big double garage with electrically controlled door. The main entrance has a large electronic gate with intercom.
