Villa Sunshine is situated 200m from the center of the traditional village Prines near the town of Rethymno. It is built on a 2.200sqm plot of land, surrounded by trees ensuring privacy and relaxation.

The villa has a private pool, large terraces and verandas all with amazing views of the surrounding area. It is designed to accommodate eight guests in four en suite bedrooms and is decorated in a way that combines traditional and modern elements.

The main entrance leads to a living room with a fireplace wich has glass on either sides in order to be visible both from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is next to the dining area. On this floor you`ll find is the Red bedroom with two single beds (next to each other to form a double), its own bathroom with a tub, a closet and a balcony with a view to the garden. 

A wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor and the Green and LiLac bedroom. The Green bedroom features a double bed, a sofa, a walk in closet and a big bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a hydro massage shower. The Lilac bedroom offers two single beds, a separate place with a wardrobe and a bathroom with a hydro massage shower. The bedrooms acess a furnished balcony with view to the old village and sea. 

The Blue Blue bedroom is on the lower level and has an ensuite bathroom with a hydro massage shower. This floor features also a playroom with a table tennis and a beautiful indoor garden.
The living room and kitchen have glass doors allowing the sunlight into the house and leading to the pool area. Next to the 45sqm pool are eight sunlounges, three small tables, an umbrella and an outdoor shower. 

Under a pergola you’ll find a BBQ, a big dining table with comfortable seating for eight, and an area with bamboo sofas and coffee table, ideal for a dinner or a cool drink during day or night.
