Villa Thalassa is a brand new villa that belongs in a villa complex, the Euphoria Villas. The villas are situated in a priviledged spot in Western Crete, the village of Agios Georgios near the small town of Kissamos. These private villas are designed to provide a luxury holiday to their guests and emphasise on the indoor modern decoration but also on the outdoor relaxing area.

The complex stands on a hillside overlooking the Gramvousa Peninsula and the sparkling turquoise waters of Kissamos Bay. Villa Thalassa has three bedrooms, a private pool and terrace while it is fully equipped to serve the needs of its visitors.

The living area is structured over two distinct floors with a separate entrance to each level. High windows allow the sunlight into the living area and provide panoramic views. The ground level opens to a big, two storey high, living room. The open plan kitchen area is equipped with top of the range appliances and is open plan with practical wooden work surfaces and an informal dining area. 

The double/twin bedroom on this level has an ensuite walk-in Spa shower while the master bedroom on the first floor has an en suite open plan bathroom with a tub. The third bedroom is accessible through an outdoor staircase leading up and has en suite bathroom. 

The villa has also features a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an extra guest if required. However, customers must know that as the living rooms have many windows and glass doors it is always sunny during daytime.
The architecture and design of Villa Thalassa emphasises on the outdoor area, which will fascinate you and invite you to spend most of the time there, during day and night. Trees and flowers are scattered around the complex to restore the natural environment and create a typical Mediterranean landscape. 

The villa features an infinity pool, sun beds and umbrellas, spacious terraces and a shaded outdoor area with a pergola. From there you can enjoy the magical views of the Kissamos bay, the mountains and the small village of Agios Georgios.
