Villa Venus is a modern, contemporary villa situated amongst orange groves in the area of Platanias, near the town of Chania. The villa has three bedrooms, a 50sqm private pool, a garden and is equipped with a range of facilities, while its quiet location is perfect for those that are looking for serenity and privacy during their vacation. The property is close to a typical, traditional Cretan village and a few minutes’ drive away from the busy resort of Platanias with its long beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The villa has a 220sqm interior area and is built on two floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan area with two living rooms, a dining area and a kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow the light into the house and overlook the beautiful garden and pool.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. This room has access to a 70sqm furnished terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings. The other two bedrooms, a double and a twin (which can convert into a double) share a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have TVs and air conditioning.

The architectural design of the residence is contemporary with minimal colors and sharp lines. The villa features a 50sqm private swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens with local trees and plants, a BBQ, outdoor dining and sitting area. For those who want to work out even on their holiday there is a mini gym with fitness equipment.

On the first floor there is a huge (70sqm) furnished terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful views of the landscape during daytime and the clear sky and stars at night.
