Villa Vitzentzos belongs in a complex of four independent villas located in the area of Kato Gouves, on the north coast of Crete. The villa combines the characteristics of the traditional Cretan architecture with those of modern design which creates a marvelous and luxurious holiday home.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and an extra, fully furnished guest room which can accommodate 2 more guests. It has a private swimming pool, garden and furnished terraces.

The ground level comprises of an open plan living area with a piano, a dining area and the kitchen. On this floor you will also find two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other two single beds (that can be converted into a double king size bed). For these bedrooms there are two bathrooms with showers.

A stair made of glass and iron takes you up to a sunny master bedroom which has a king size bed and a bath with bathtub/hydro massage - hamam-aromatherapy cabin. On top of the master bedroom is a wooden loft suitable for either reading and relaxation or work . From the terrace outside this room you can enjoy the view of the pool and the sea.

The villa also offers an area, which can be characterized as a fitness/play room and contains a bathroom, a refrigerator, gym equipment and a massage bed.

From the fitness/play room, a staircase made of wood leads to a loft that offers a double bed and can be used as a guest room, when the guests are more than people exceed six.

Outside there is a 60sqm swimming pool with hydromassage jets and a waterfall jet for the neck and the shoulders, a beautiful garden, large verandas in front of the garden and the pool and a BBQ /traditional oven. For the kids there is a children`s` pool and a playground.

Finally, there is a private parking space with remote control entrance gate. The villas outdoor area is 750sqm.
